GET SUPPORT

We understand that some of the topics we discuss in the sessions may be potentially triggering or upsetting. 

If you leave a session feeling anxious or low, it may be helpful to think of some self-care activities you can do. These will be different for everyone, but could include listening to music, running a bath, or watching your favourite film. You could also try getting support from others – think about whether there is a friend, or family member who you can chat to either in person, or online.
